عمل حصر سنوي لاعمال الصيانة المطلوبة للمنشآت البحرية و البرية بالميناء و المساعدات الملاحية و تحديد اعمال التكريك واوليات تنفيذها و تدبير الاعتمادات المالية اللازمة للتنفيذ سنويا مع تقديم البرنامج الزمني للتنفيذ الى قطاع النقل البحري لمراجعته و اقراره ثم متابعة تنفيذه بمعرفة اللجنة الفنية.
