يقصد بالموانئ التخصصية الانشائات المقامة على السواحل المصرية او في المنطقة الاقتصادية الخالصة لجمهورية مصر العربية بغرض استقبال سفن الصيد او ناقلات البترول او المواد التعدينية او قوارب النزهة و اليخوت السياحية، او غيرها من الموانئ ذات الطبيعة الخاصة
